DreamHack Birmingham 2026 brings on Samsung as Official Partner

We are now just a few days away from the opening of one of this year’s biggest events for esports in the UK. From March 27th to March 29th (that is Friday to Sunday), DreamHack is bringing their eponymous gaming and lifestyle festival to Birmingham, to the National Exhibition Center (NEC) Birmingham. The excitement is rising as the opening day is coming closer and with just a few days ago, DreamHack has added some fuel to the fire by announcing a major Official Partner for the event. South Korean tech and electronics giant Samsung is DreamHack Birmingham 2026’s newest official partnership, which will include an extensive Galaxy Café and hub.

With Samsung, DreamHack Birmingham 2026 has brought a high-profile name on board for the event’s first edition in the United Kingdom. Together, the organiser and the tech giant want to bring a unique and immersive gaming experience to the festival, which is already known as one of the leading gaming and lifestyle events in the world.

Galaxy Café
As part of their collaboration with DreamHack Birmingham 2026, Samsung will be running a bespoke activation hub called the “Galaxy Café”. The booth will be fitted with, as you might expect, the latest in Samsung technology, including their flagship Samsung Galaxy S26 mobile device and several Samsung televisions. The goal of the Galaxy Café is to offer visitors an unrivalled blend of world-class mobile gaming and premium festival experiences.
Competitions and activities
Samsung will mainly use their Galaxy Café at DreamHack Birmingham 2026 to host various competitions and activities. Visitors will be able to compete and win prizes on the spot, including a brand-new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, while enjoying a complimentary drink and/or snack. Competitions and activities to be organised at the Galaxy Café include:
- Daily Leaderboard: Every day of DreamHack Birmingham 2026, Samsung is organising a brand-new Leaderboard. Securing a top 20 spot on that Leaderboard means receiving a £ 30 DreamHack Merchandise voucher plus a place in the Grand Finale, where a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will be the top prize.
- Beat the VIP: The Galaxy Café will also host a whole range of high-profile gaming and esports personalities. Visitors of the hub will have the chance to go face-to-face with these VIPs in an attempt to unlock unique DreamHack collectables. On top of that, every player who joins a VIP match earns a free coffee of hot chocolate at the Galaxy Café.
- Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: Any first place secured by anyone in the Galaxy Café PUBG Mobile lobby equals exclusive DreamHack collectables. Simply completing a session will be good for a complimentary coffee or hot chocolate.
