Fnatic launches official Fnatic Fan Association

9 November 2025

Fnatic, one of the best-known and most successful organisations in the history of esports in the UK, is having a busy few weeks. Just last week, we wrote an article about their announcement of a brand-new event called The London Clash, on the 9th of November 2025, which will be Fnatic’s first official VALORANT match on UK soil ever.
And now, we have got more exclusive news straight from the Fnatic camp, but it has nothing to do with a new event. Instead, the London-based esports organisation has launched their official Fnatic Fan Association (FFA), a fan club with exclusive perks for members. The goal of the FFA is to connect even more with Fnatic’s fans and to shape how the organisation engages with fans worldwide going forward.

Fnatic Fan Association

“A global network of Fnatic fans built to unite, empower and amplify the voice of the community that makes Fnatic what it is. The FFA is the official Fnatic Fan Association, a space for fans around the world to connect, organise and represent their local fandoms. Together, we create the bridge between Fnatic and its supporters, ensuring every fan has a voice in shaping our future.”

That’s how Fnatic introduces their brand-new Fan Association on their own website. They further explain that the FFA was called into love to provide loyal fans with a way to get even closer to their favourite UK esports organisation and its athletes. The way in which the Fnatic Fan Association works is quite unique though, and we will briefly explain it below.

Building fandoms

In essence, the Fnatic Fan Association gives members from anywhere around the world the chance to build local fan clubs, host their own events and engage directly with Fnatic. This means representing your town or region within the world of Fnatic fandoms, hosting watch parties and other types of community events, and all under the official Fnatic banner. The name of every fan club will even be featured on the official Fnatic website.

And that’s not at all, because as community leader with a recognised Fnatic community, you also get access to exclusive FFA Discord channels and Fnatic will regularly hold meetings to evaluate. Both the founders and members of Fnatic fandoms can also get priority tickets for live vents through the Fnatic Fan Association and their own active fandom.

How does it work?

As you can imagine, considering the considerable opportunities fandom founders get to associate themselves with the Fnatic brand and the exclusive access opportunities, not just anyone can start a fandom. The organisation has set up a set of rules regarding the creation and management of FFA fandoms, including a member count of at least thirty (30) people to start a Fnatic-related community platform, like a Discord group, for example. Every club also needs to appoint at least a Chairman, a Vice Chairman, a Secretary and a Treasurer.
Fnatic has opened their application process for the Fan Association, which consists of a survey and information gathering exercise. The organisation says that the whole process takes no more than ten minutes and can be done entirely online.
